Founded in 1975, our team is one of the nation's oldest women's rugby clubs and plays competitively in the Wisconsin Rugby Union, the Midwest Rugby Union and the USA Rugby Union. Our team is a non-profit tax-exempt organization as a member of the Wisconsin United Athletic Club and Madison United Rugby.

Wisconsin Women's Rugby is always looking for new members and new opportunities for growth and continued success. We pride ourselves in providing all players with athletic, social and community benefits. If you're looking for a way to stay in shape, meet new friends and learn a new sport, Wisconsin Women's Rugby is for you. We practice and play at our home field, Yahara Rugby Field, on Madison's east side. New players are ALWAYS welcome!
